Myers has practiced law in the area of first party property insurance disputes for over 20 years, being involved in a large array of differing disputes (water damage, mold damage, hurricane claims, construction defects, ensuing loss issues, tear out coverage issues, fraud claims etc.), different types of coverage (property damage, loss of business income or fair rental value) and property types (homeowners, commercial construction, condominiums, builder’s risk coverage, etc.).
